ANNA KEUCHENIUS
I work at the intersection of individual, collective, and systemic transformation
enabling individuals and groups to navigate change and collectively make meaning in a complex world
COACHING
As ICF-accredited coach, I partner with ambitious individuals navigating major life transitions or daring projects–supporting them to lean into new ways of being in these potent, often challenging times.
Having faced burnout at age 20 and severe disability on both my hands, I know well the intricacies of shifting parameters of control, developing new parts of oneself and cultivating adaptive ways of relating in the world.
FACILITATION & COMMUNITY BUILDING
I facilitate group processes that foster connection, peer support, and co-created self-organisation.
In this vein, I host masterminds for coaches, offer peer support for PhD researchers, and organize community events at a regenerative co-working and event space in Berlin.
RESEARCH
My research explores how large-scale social change unfolds by combining computational methods and complexity science with a sociological lens on collective meaning-making.
I’m particularly interested in how systems dynamics and storytelling intertwine—how patterns of interaction and shared narratives shape the evolution of our social worlds.
